The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautifully remodeled and decorated and they offered everything we needed to feel at home, from all the little appliances in the kitchen to hair dryers, shampoo, and conditioners in each bathroom. The kayaks, private pier with night lights, hot tub, and fire pit all created the perfect vibe for a milestone birthday celebration with the girls. We have to come back with our husbands and kids next time!

Sunset Shores

This lakefront home is both stunning and spacious, perfect for a family retreat! The owner has carefully considered every detail to ensure your stay is memorable and comfortable, even for a large group. Our party of 20 had ample space to unwind. The lake view? Simply spectacular. The property features a large pontoon boat for rent at the boathouse. However, the Wi-Fi signal is rather weak, which made streaming games and movies difficult, much to my young grandchildren’s dismay. Aside from that, it’s an ideal lakeside house! You’ll love the size of the bedrooms and closets, refrigerators, freezer and pantry. The lauudnry room is massive. I could go on and on. You will wan to come back again and again.

Davenport

Davenport is a beautiful, well maintained property. Built in 1877, it has been perfectly updated to suit the modern guest. This townhome is a superb example of Italianate architecture in Savannah’s Historic Landmark District and is desirably located on Gaston Street near the Southeast entrance of Forsyth Park. The main house is filled with the coveted historic details such as high ceilings, oversized windows, marble fireplaces, original plaster moldings, and warm touches of exposed brick. The carriage house is an exquisite residence in and of itself with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and stylishly designed indoor spaces that connect seamlessly to the lush courtyard with fountain and fruit trees.

We recently stayed at this beautifully remodeled lake house in Colonial Beach, VA, and it was an exceptional experience. The home was immaculate, with a fully appointed kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. The decks and covered porches offered stunning views of the lake, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. Despite some nearby construction, there wasn’t even a distraction, allowing us to fully enjoy the tranquility of the location. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the booking process smooth and effortless. We will definitely book this gem again for future getaways. Highly recommend!

This house had it all! The kids ages 8-17 had an endless choice of activities and the adults were spoiled with modern touches and an incredible home. Everything was top notch from the music through the main house, outdoor spaces and boathouse to the pool table, volleyball court and lake toys. The lake mat, kayaks, paddle boards and dock were perfect and the protected cove felt like a secure area for the kids to explore. There was so much to do right on property at Sunset Shores – we never had to leave! Owner and property manager were extremely responsive to all questions. We can’t wait to return! This was the most luxurious and well appointed house we have ever rented! Absolutely awesome!

River Refresh

The house is gorgeous and exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and well appointed. There are several gathering places inside and outside. It was exactly what we were looking for- on the Rivah but not far from the DC area. I had some trouble figuring out the front door lock, but that was probably more user error than a fault with the house. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Sunset Shores

This house was just what our extended family needed during this crazy time! Sunset Shores was thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups (we had 13 people) with its fully appointed kitchen, ample refrigerator and freezer space, two ovens, ice makers, dishwashers and laundry machines. We never left for the entire week and enjoyed the pontoon boat, kayaks, paddle boards and swimming. The fire pit was terrific for s’mores at night. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we made wonderful new family memories. Thank you!

River Refresh

This river house was the perfect place for both relaxation and fun! My girl friends and I stayed here for a girls trip for my birthday and we already wanna come back. The hot tub was perfect and the view of the river/dock was breathtaking! We loved waking up to the views. The house was also so accommodating and each room also had charging stations for iphones and apple watches!!!! Not only was the house perfect but Nicola and Brian responded to all my questions right away and was so helpful. Thank you guys so much my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the house. I cannot say enough good things about this place. As newly graduates my girl friends and I found this to be the perfect place for all of us to relax in. STAY HERE YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!!

Sunset Shores

We chose this place for a girls trip (age 50-70) and had a blast. The home was perfect and kitchen well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We danced, played tennis, kayaked, walked, used the hot tub, and closed out the evenings by the fire pit. We’ve stayed at several VRBO homes around the country and this place blows away all others.
